The project is comprised of 2-1 story 5,000 sq. ft. classroom buildings. Located at the intersection of Thomas and Dysart in Goodyear, AZ, the construction included all grading and drainage, site utilities, paved parking, hardscape and landscaping.
Palomar Community College, Industrial Tech Center
Palomar, California
23,000 SF Industrial Technologies Complex contained three automotive technology programs within two large buildings (automotive, diesel-truck mechanics and auto body repair). Includes administration and office space, classrooms, computer labs, meeting rooms and two large shops. The two large shops have seven vehicle bays for hydraulics and engine repair, computer control systems, brake repair and engine tune-ups.
Mesa College Humanities, Language & Multicultural Studies Building
San Diego, California
Project consisted of a new three story, 43,900 square foot building complex. This multifunction building contains classrooms and offices including two large auditorium classrooms. The building complex is actually three seismically separate structures, constructed of steel framing with steel braced frames for seismic resistance.

67,000 SF addition includes new repair bays, drive-in spray paint booths, shops, labs, classrooms, demonstration theatres and other teaching and learning spaces.
